Fire & Water - April 2027
Azores, Portugal
Azores, Portugal
5 days in the Azores. 10 women. You're rappelling down waterfalls into icy pools. Sliding down rock faces. Jumping off cliffs. Laughing harder than you have in years. Thermal springs. Wine. Celebration. The kind of adventure that reminds you who you are when you stop holding back.
The Journey
Arrive in Ponta Delgada, transfer to Furnas. Settle in. Meet the women. Long table dinner where we set intentions. Tomorrow, you're in it.
Canyoning at Ribeira dos Caldeirões. Cold water. Adrenaline. Rappelling down waterfalls. Your body wakes up. You discover what you're capable of when fear shows up and you go anyway. Thermal pool recovery. Dinner: stories from the day.
Advanced canyoning at Ribeira do Guilherme. Higher waterfalls, technical descents. This is where yesterday's fear becomes today's confidence. Afternoon hike to Lagoa do Fogo - volcanic crater lake. Soak at Caldeira Velha hot springs. You've earned it.
Full-day Sete Cidades crater rim trek. Walk the edge of a collapsed volcano with twin lakes below. Ocean views on one side, crater on the other. This is the epic day. You return exhausted and exhilarated. Celebration dinner.
Thermal pool circuit. Processing what shifted. Cooking workshop using volcanic steam. Final dinner with these women. Morning departure.
