Fire & Water

Fire & Water

Azores, Portugal

5 days in the Azores. 10 women. You're rappelling down waterfalls into icy pools. Sliding down rock chutes. Jumping off cliffs into turquoise water. Hiking the rim of a volcanic crater with the Atlantic stretching endlessly in front of you. This isn't gentle. This is cold water and adrenaline and discovering what your body can do when you stop holding back. Challenge first, thermal springs after, transformation that sticks.

The Journey

Day 1: Arrival & Opening

Arrive in Ponta Delgada, transfer to Furnas. Settle in. Meet the women. Long table dinner where we set intentions. Tomorrow, you're in it.

Day 2: First Descent

Canyoning at Ribeira dos Caldeirões. Cold water. Adrenaline. Rappelling down waterfalls. Your body wakes up. You discover what you're capable of when fear shows up and you go anyway. Thermal pool recovery. Dinner: stories from the day.

Day 3: Go Deeper

Advanced canyoning at Ribeira do Guilherme. Higher waterfalls, technical descents. This is where yesterday's fear becomes today's confidence. Afternoon hike to Lagoa do Fogo - volcanic crater lake. Soak at Caldeira Velha hot springs. You've earned it.

Day 4: The Big Push

Full-day Sete Cidades crater rim trek. Walk the edge of a collapsed volcano with twin lakes below. Ocean views on one side, crater on the other. This is the epic day. You return exhausted and exhilarated. Celebration dinner.

Day 5: Integration & Closing

Thermal pool circuit. Processing what shifted. Cooking workshop using volcanic steam. Final dinner with these women. Morning departure.
