1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Women of the Wild website and booking any adventure, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Adventure Bookings

All adventure bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A deposit is required to secure your spot. The remaining balance is due 60 days before the adventure start date. All prices are in USD and do not include international flights or travel insurance.

3. Cancellation Policy

More than 90 days before adventure: Full refund of deposit minus $200 administrative fee.

60-90 days before adventure: 50% refund of deposit.

Less than 60 days before adventure: Non-refundable. You may transfer your spot to another person or date.

Women of the Wild reserves the right to cancel an adventure due to insufficient bookings, weather, or safety concerns. In such cases, a full refund will be issued or the option to reschedule.

4. Health & Safety

Participants must be in good physical and mental health. You are responsible for obtaining travel insurance that covers adventure activities. Women of the Wild is not responsible for any injuries, illnesses, or accidents that occur during the adventure.

By booking, you acknowledge the inherent risks of adventure activities and assume full responsibility for your participation.

5. Liability Waiver

Participants agree to sign a liability waiver before the adventure begins. This waiver acknowledges the risks involved in adventure activities and releases Women of the Wild, its guides, and partners from liability for any injuries or damages.

6. Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to:

• Treat all guides, staff, and fellow participants with respect
• Follow all safety instructions from guides
• Refrain from illegal activities or substance abuse
• Respect local cultures and environments
• Participate fully in group activities

Women of the Wild reserves the right to remove any participant who violates the code of conduct. No refund will be issued in such cases.

7. Photography & Media

By participating in a Women of the Wild adventure, you consent to photography and video recording for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the guides at the start of the adventure.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Women of the Wild website, including text, images, and videos, is the property of Women of the Wild and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Women of the Wild is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or participation in our adventures.

10. Changes to Terms

Women of the Wild reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
